What kinds of Products do you have?

We carry different products, many of them designed by us, and fully manufactured in the United States. Others are produced and shipped globally. In all instances, the spirit of these items is to help inspire our children grow up to become strong, well adjusted, independent adults.

What are your usual Delivery Times?

Because we ship internationally as well as locally, how fast your purchased item will get to you will depend on a number of factors. If you are shipping within the USA most of our items will get to you in about 10 days.

Some items that are shipped for free may take up to 30 days for delivery. This will be indicated in each item's description.

For orders shipping outside of the USA, please contact us form more specific delivery times.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Do oversized items take longer to ship?

Please note that some oversized items such as wall decor, may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Made-to-order items may also take additional time. More specific information regarding the delivery time frames and method for your oversized item can be found on the product detail page.

What items are returnable?

Items eligible for returns must have been purchased no more than 30 days prior, they must be in their original condition, and in their original package.

What items are non-refundable?

Free gifts, promotional items, or items bought on sale are final sales and non refundable.

Are there any charges for returns?

There are no charges for returns, however, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and your returned item will be subject to inspection before approving a return.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 2-10 business days (based on processing time).
